About me and
I specialize in the areas of stress, anxiety and depression using mindfulness, insight-based and behavioral therapies. I have trained in most evidenced-based models of psychotherapy, and also integrate the Internal Family Systems model in my work (see my page on IFS for more information). I enjoy working with issues around life transitions, grief and loss, and I love doing this work.
I offer a holistic approach to counseling that draws from your own experience and wisdom to help guide you towards lasting change. We cultivate curiosity, compassion and clarity to better understanding a path to growth, and do so within a safe and caring atmosphere. I have extensive experience in mindfulness, meditation and yoga that help inform the way I work with clients.
